Ministry and Life Update and Financial Needs for SuCo
Ministry Update
March has ended and we are now in our final month of the semester! It has been such a privilege to see how God is at work in the lives of students through RUF at Tennessee Tech. We have two more Large Groups remaining where we will look at the last two chapters of Jonah and finish out our series on the minor prophets. Small Groups are going well, and we expect to finish our study of Ephesians within the next few weeks. Be praying that the Lord would continue to grow in the hearts of our students and that more would come to know Him!
Life Update
Charli and I are still eagerly expecting the birth of our third daughter, Lottie. She has went past her due date of April 1, so now we are just waiting to see when she will come. If she doesn’t come in the next week, the doctor will induce her. Our other daughters, Scarlett and Kinsley, are so excited to have a new baby sister. Be praying for a healthy mom and baby and for a sweet time with family as we get to welcome her.
SuCo
SuCo (Summer Conference) is right around the corner. We have around 20 students who will be going with us to Panama City Beach in order to join hundreds of other students to learn more about Jesus and following Him. Each day, students will get to attend seminars on a variety of topics as well as get to worship together in Large Group. In order to make this work, it is necessary that we offer scholarships so that price is not a hindrance. This year, we pledged to provide $115 for each student bringing the total cost down to $300. We are still working to raise these funds. This would be a total of $2300. We ask that you would prayerfully consider giving a one-time gift to help make this happen. SuCo is a wonderful way for students to grow in their knowledge of Jesus, be encouraged by the work that God is doing through RUF by meeting students from other campuses, and to become more convinced of RUF’s mission of “Reaching Students for Christ and Equipping Them to Serve.” If this is something you are interested in, you can give by pressing the “Give to RUF” button at the bottom of the page and choosing Tennessee Tech.
